The place exudes an atmosphere of calm professionalism, and the highest standards of patient/customer service are on show from every member of staff.

The treatment I have had over the last three years from Serenity/Dr Bara has been both exceptional and spectacular, making a terrific difference to both my smile and my self-confidence.

I have been a patient at Serenity for about a year now. As soon as I met Dr Choudhury I knew I was in safe hands. I had thought about having braces for years but haven’t trusted any other dentist until I joined Serenity. After a consultation I decided to go for it but as a nervous patient I knew I wouldn’t find it an easy process. If it wasn’t for the kindness, patience and care shown by Dr Choudhury, Emily and Monique I’m not sure I would have stuck with it. I’m very glad I did as I’m thrilled with my results and very grateful to the whole team. My husband and children are also very happy patients here, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Had a wonderful experience today. Firstly, Russell did a great work even when I initially had a turn off not understanding the various packages offered. He did a proper follow up.
Getting to see Dr Bara today, and the services - it's an experience I would recommend to anyone in Manchester and environ looking to have a dental service 😀 😄 👍 😁 😊
