COVID-19 Coronavirus Update
Dear valued patient,
Please be assured that as a dental clinic we always operate with the highest level of cross infection control, hygiene and cleanliness.
We will continue to uphold this high standard and have taken the necessary precautions to ensure COVID-19 policies are in place.
For your safety and that of all our patients and staff, please do not attend the clinic if you or anyone living in your household are displaying any of the following symptoms:
- a new cough
- a high temperature.
If you require dental care or have any concerns please contact us to discuss your symptoms and how we can most appropriately look after you.
When visiting us, we ask that you follow the recommended guidance for the prevention of the spread of infection:
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze and put used tissues in the bin straight away.
- Use hand sanitiser gels (where hand washing facilities are not available), which can be found at our clinic entrance, reception desk and waiting rooms.
- Handwashing facilities are available in the patients’ W.C.
- Refrain from touching your face if your hands are not clean.
